Our Workshop

  • Our Allison Transmission dedicated workshop covers 1650 square meters, and has purpose built overhaul stands.

    We have five large electrically driven overhaul stands for 6/8000 and 9000, two medium stands for 4/5/6000 series, and two smaller stands plus a large stand in the disassembly area.

Allison Certified

  • We are an Allison Certified ECU/TCM Re-Programming Station for all Allison electronic controls, CEC1, CEC2, WTEC2, WTEC3 and Gen4 for On & Off Highway, and including Allison Electric Drive Hybrid Systems.
    We are also an Allison Authorised Service Repair Center for ATEC/CEC1 electronic controls, in conjunction with DMR Electronics in USA, with a large stock of change over Assemblies

     

Training Skills Inventory

  • All our transmission technicians have completed numerous training courses on Allison transmissions and senior staff have attended courses at the Allison factory in Indianapolis, USA.

    Technical skills are regularly updated, by conducting in house weekly training. Additionally, all personnel study and submit exam papers for the Allison Guild on a regular base, to maintain Guild Membership.

Transdiesel has one large 500 HP engine driven Transmission Test Stand, and newly acquired AIDCO Transmission Evaluation Center including 450E Test Stand with Powernet TD Data Acquisition and Controls. This latest electronic equipment enables us to perform final inspection and troubleshooting in fast and consistent manner. 

Our Parts Warehouse (added in 2005) covers 650 square meters with capacity to store more than 5,000 individual Allison parts. Currently Transdiesel carry $1,000,000 in Allison stock, controlled by the latest Inventory Management System.
